This is the story of Norman's "moment of truth", a moment when the powers of darkness are restrained by Angels of God in response to prayers of believers; a moment when Norman's resistance to god has been worn down; an optimum moment to encounter Christ; but still only a moment.
Cheth is the angel assigned to Norman, Aenon, also an angel, is visiting from another world. As Cheth briefs Aenon, we learn of the disease that has infected mankind, and of the Master's plan to rescue humans.
