DIARY OF A NUCLEAR MADMAN

North Korea now making missile-ready nuclear weapons, U.S. analysts say

August 8, 2017The Washington Post reports: “North Korea has successfully produced a miniaturized nuclear warhead that can fit inside its missiles, crossing a key threshold on the path to becoming a full-fledged nuclear power, U.S. intelligence officials have concluded in a confidential assessment.

The new analysis completed last month by the Defense Intelligence Agency comes on the heels of another intelligence assessment that sharply raises the official estimate for the total number of bombs in the communist country’s atomic arsenal. The U.S. calculated last month that up to 60 nuclear weapons are now controlled by North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Some independent experts believe the number of bombs is much smaller…” (Kim Jong-un is following in the footsteps of his father Kim Jong-il and grandfather Kim il-sung in seeking nuclear weapons.  In 1993, President Bill Clinton spoke in South Korea and stated that if North Korea gained and used a nuclear weapon, the U.S. would quickly and overwhelming retaliate, and it would mean the end of their country as they know it.  President George W. Bush named North Korea as one of the three-part ‘axis of evil’ along with Iran and Iraq in 2002.  In 2014, President Barack Obama warned North Korea that the U.S. would not hesitate to use military might to defend our allies against this ‘pariah state’.  And in August 2017, President Donald Trump stated: “North Korea best not make any more threats to the United States.  They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen.”  It is believed that North Korea developed nuclear weapons in 2004.

Nuclear war is part of the battle of the ages – see Revelation 9:18. Other prophesied texts are predicted in Psalm 97:3; Isaiah 66:15; Ezekiel 20:47: “…Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will kindle a fire in thee, and it shall devour every green tree in thee, and every dry tree: the flaming flame shall not be quenched…” Study also Zephaniah 1:8; Malachi 4:1; and Revelation 8:7.  The Oriental nations along with Iran will be involved in World War III, Armageddon – Revelation 16:16. Iran and the Islamic nations will join Russia – Ezekiel 38 & 39. Then China, North Korea, and Oriental nations will join Russia in the second invasion of Israel – Revelation 16:12 and for the third and final invasion all nations will come against Israel – Isaiah 14:2.  See the next two reports for more threats coming out of North Korea.)

More than half the continental U.S. is within range of latest North Korean missile test, defense experts say

July 31, 2017CNBC.com reports: “North Korea tested an intercontinental ballistic missile Friday, which defense experts say could reach as far as New York or other U.S. East Coast cities.

The most recent test lofted the North Korean missile on a very high trajectory, bringing it down in the Sea of Japan. Preliminary data from the launch reveals that half, if not most, of the continental U.S. would be in range of the missile tested Friday.

‘Looks like it pretty much can get to New York, Boston and probably falls just short of Washington,’ David Wright, co-director and senior scientist for the Global Security Program at the Union of Concerned Scientists, told CNBC…”

North Korea could soon develop a hydrogen bomb more powerful than the atomic bombs dropped on Japan

August 4, 2017Fox News reports: “As if the news out of North Korea wasn’t bad enough, things might get a lot worse within the next 18 months. We should not be surprised if the Communist dictatorship develops a hydrogen bomb – the ultimate atomic weapon – with the potential to kill millions of people.

A Defense Department official I spoke to recently on the condition of not revealing his name told me it now appears the North Koreans are working to finish development of an H-bomb, and that they could succeed in as soon as six to 18 months. Such a bomb would be many times more powerful than the atomic bombs the United States dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan that led to the end of World War II.

North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un claimed early last year to have tested an H-bomb, but most experts debunked such claims, arguing that the North had developed what is called a boosted fission weapon – or in layman’s terms, a more powerful atomic bomb. However, reports at the time coming out of South Korea claimed that North Korea was likely ‘one level away from a hydrogen bomb.’…”
