Brainlike Computers, Learning From Experience

December 29, 2013The New York Times reports: “Computers have entered the age when they are able to learn from their own mistakes, a development that is about to turn the digital world on its head…

The new computing approach, already in use by some large technology companies, is based on the biological nervous system, specifically on how neurons react to stimuli and connect with other neurons to interpret information. It allows computers to absorb new information while carrying out a task, and adjust what they do based on the changing signals.

In coming years, the approach will make possible a new generation of artificial intelligence systems that will perform some functions that humans do with ease: see, speak, listen, navigate, manipulate and control. That can hold enormous consequences for tasks like facial and speech recognition, navigation and planning, which are still in elementary stages and rely heavily on human programming…” (The prediction in Revelation 13: 16 – 18 will soon occur. The world’s newest invention proves it. Here’s what happens at that hour in history after the Rapture mentioned in Revelation 4:1. Then the following Big Brother event occurs: “…he [the False Prophet] causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six” – Revelation 13:16 – 18. See the next report.)
