Syria to UN: Condemn the repeated Israeli strikes

Israel National News reports: “The Syrian Foreign Ministry on Monday urged the United Nations to condemn the repeated Israeli missile strikes in Syria, the Xinhua news agency reported.

In a statement, the ministry slammed the air strike attributed to Israel overnight Sunday which hit the Damascus International Airport and in which two Syrian soldiers were killed.

It claimed that Israel has a recorded history of ‘aggressive acts’ and violations of international law and UN charters.

Israel has not commented on Sunday night’s air strike.

Two weeks ago, Syrian TV reported an Israeli air strike in the Damascus area.
