Operation Rising Lion: Israel kills IRGC chief, Hossein Salami, senior IRGC air force commanders

June 13, 2025  — The Jerusalem Post reports: “Iranian state media confirmed the killing of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Commander Maj.-Gen. Hossein Salami and Iranian Armed Forces Chief of Staff, Maj.-Gen. Mohammad Bagheri in the opening strike of Israel’s Operation Rising Lion early Friday morning.

The IDF later confirmed the killing of IRGC air force commander Amir Ali Hajizadeh, along with other senior IRGC air force officials as they met in an underground command center on Friday.

This included the commander of the IRGC’s UAV Force, Taher-pour, and IRGC aerial command chief, Davoud Shaykhian.

The IDF on Friday afternoon confirmed Defense Minister Israel Katz’s earlier statement, noting that the Iran IRGC Air Force Chief, drone chief, and air defense chief were all killed by airstrikes.

Khamenei threatens: The Zionist regime must expect severe punishment

June 13, 2025  — Israel National News reports: “Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, responded to the Israeli operation against Iran and threatened, ‘The Zionist regime must expect severe punishment.’

‘The strong hand of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic will not relent. In the enemy’s attacks, several commanders and scientists were killed. Their successors and colleagues will immediately continue carrying out their missions, God willing,’ he stated.

‘Iran make us proud, burn Tel Aviv to the ground’: Mass pro-Iran rally takes over NY’s Times Square

June 18, 2025  — The Jerusalem Post reports: “‘Iran, Iran makes us proud! Burn Tel Aviv to the ground!’ shouted pro-Islamic Republic protesters in New York’s Times Square.

The ‘Solidarity with Iran’ rally was organized by the socialist, pro-Palestinian Bronx Anti-War coalition, which called for people to come out in ‘full force to support the brave Iranian and Palestinian people fighting for all free people worldwide.’

‘Iran is defending itself against terrorist aggression from the US and Zionist regimes,’ the group said.

According to videos and statements from the rally, protesters chanted, ‘US drones in the sky, Iran’s missiles will reply!’ and ‘Courts and talks won’t set us free, resistance brings victory!’ as well as calling for Tel Aviv to be burned to the ground.

Many posters and flags were also held up, including Iranian regime flags, posters saying ‘a genocidal apartheid state has no right to exist,’ and pictures of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Ebrahim Raisi, and Qasem Soleimani…” 

A Battered Iran Signals It Wants to De-Escalate Hostilities With Israel and Negotiate

June 16, 2025  — The Wall Street Journal reports: “Iran has been urgently signaling that it seeks an end to hostilities and resumption of talks over its nuclear programs, sending messages to Israel and the U.S. via Arab intermediaries, Middle Eastern and European officials said.

In the midst of a ferocious Israeli air campaign, Tehran has told Arab officials it would be open to returning to the negotiating table as long as the U.S. doesn’t join the attack, the officials said. Iran also passed messages to Israel saying it is in the interest of both sides to keep the violence contained.

U.S. strikes three Iranian nuclear sites

June 21, 2025  — Israel National News reports: “US President Donald Trump posted as dramatic statement on Truth Social announcing that US has attacked in Iran and the attack has been completed.

‘We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan’, Trump wrote, ‘All planes are now outside of Iran air space’.

‘A full payload of bombs was dropped on the primary site, Fordow’, he added, ‘All planes are safely on their way home’.

Trump concluded: ‘Congratulations to our great American Warriors. There is not another military in the World that could have done this. Now is the time for peace! Thank you for your attention to this matter’.

Later Trump shared a screenshot of a post by ‘Open Source Intel’ with the words: ‘Fordow is gone’.  (Iran will be blotted out when Russia, China, and Islamic nations fight Israel and her allies during Armageddon – Revelation 16:16.  The battle is described in Ezekiel 39:1 – 5: …thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:  And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel: And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand. Unprecedented strikes against Iranian regime targets

June 23, 2025  — Israel National News reports: “Defense Minister Israel Katz addressed Israel’s strong response to missile barrages directed at Israel Monday morning, emphasizing that the Israeli Air Force is currently targeting regime sites in Tehran.

‘The IDF is now striking with unprecedented force at regime and suppression entities deep in Tehran,’ Katz said. ‘At the command center, I watched the impressive performance of the Air Force closely, along with the Chief of Staff. Soon, images will be released illustrating the depth of the damage.’

‘For every missile fired at the Israeli home front, the Iranian dictator will be severely punished, and the strikes will continue with full force. We will keep working to protect the home front and defeat the enemy until we achieve all our war objectives,’ he added…”
