Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has entered a fight, and obtained a court order, in a case in which two “parents” are demanding that a surrogate destroy an unborn child, Baby Gabriel, because of a treatable heart condition.

The death wish got Paxton’s attention and he immediate was in court obtaining an emergency order to ensure the baby receives life-saving care in Texas as soon as he is born.
