Al Quds Day?

Quds Day symbol of Islamic World coherence against Israel

June 7, 2018 — The Islamic Republic News Agency reports: “Iran’s Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamhani described Quds Day as symbol of Islamic World coherence against the Zionist regime of Israel…

‘It is the symbol of coherence and dynamics of the Islamic World to defend Palestinians’ aspirations and resistance against cruelty, aggression and expansionism of the Zionist regime and its allies,’ he said.

‘The Axis of Resistance continuous victories in Syria increased self-esteem and impetus in the Islamic countries against Zionists’ expansionism,’ he said, referring to Iran support of Palestine cause as a principled act…”  (On August 7, 1979 Ayatollah Ruholah Khomeini declared the last Friday of the month of Ramadan as Quds Day.  He stated: “In the name of Allah the All-Compassionate, the Most Merciful

For many years, I have been notifying the Muslims of the danger posed by the usurper Israel which today has intensified its savage attacks against the Palestinian brothers and sisters, and which, in the south of Lebanon in particular, is continually bombing Palestinian homes in the hope of crushing the Palestinian struggle.

I ask all the Muslims of the world and the Muslim governments to join together to sever the hand of this usurper and its supporters. I call on all the Muslims of the world to select as al-Quds Day the last Friday in the holy month of Ramadan — which is itself a determining period and can also be the determiner of the Palestinian people’s fate — and through a ceremony demonstrating the solidarity of Muslims world-wide, announce their support for the legitimate rights of the Muslim people. I ask God Almighty for the victory of the Muslims over the infidels.”)

Iran minister: Quds Day time to fight a big lie called Israel

June 8, 2018 — The Islamic Republic News Agency reports: “Iran’s minister of culture described the International Quds Day as a day to fight a big lie named Israel.

‘Quds is the symbol of an oppressed nation that has been suffering from homelessness, war, difficulties and pain for seventy decades,’ Minister of Culture and Islamic Culture Abbas Salehi told reporters during the Quds Day rally in Tehran.

The Quds Day is the day of defending truth and confronting a big lie named Israel that has been existing in the region on a false basis, he said.

He also described the day as an opportunity to defend the first Qibla of the Muslims and marking the day mean they have kept it as their priority, the minister said.

Imam Khomeini, the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on August 7, 1979, designated the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan as the Quds Day and the day of Islam’s life…”  (In Genesis 15:18 God states: “In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates.” And Joshua 1:4, God tells Joshua: “From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.”  Currently Israel possesses just a fraction of the land that God has promised them.)

Abbas Adviser: Jews Have No Claim to Jerusalem

June 11, 2018 — Breitbart.com reports: “Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ senior adviser Mahmoud al-Habbash last week said that President Donald Trump’s declaration of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital is part of a plot to divide the Arab world and that any Jewish connection to the holy city is an imperialist myth and distortion of history.

Habbash, who is also the PA’s supreme Sharia judge, made his comments at a conference jointly organized by the Muslim-Christian Council for the Salvation of Jerusalem and the Holy Places and the Organization for Muslim Cooperation (OIC).

Despite Jews having a historical connection to Jerusalem, Habbash claimed those ties are based on a ‘false Jewish or Biblical pretext whose sole purpose is to take over the land.’ The Western wall, he continued, has nothing to do with a Jewish temples, and the Jews have no right over its stones.

‘This is an imperialist myth that exploited and distorted history and the holy sites in order to advance and justify imperialist projects,’ Habbash said in his remarks, which were translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI)…”  (930 times God promises Jerusalem forever to the Jews. God promised to Abraham: “…I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great, and thou shalt be a blessing:  and I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed” – Genesis 12:2, 3. Soon all Hell will break loose in the Middle East. Joel 3:2 warns today’s politicians that World War III occurs because of parting God’s land. It won’t succeed. Christ will return, stop the horrendous war and reign over the world from the Throne of David in Jerusalem forever – Revelation 11:18; Luke 1:32, 33. See the next report.)

He further declared that Hamas is ‘ready to cooperate in any serious initiative that will bring about a complete end to the blockade, but not at the expense of the Palestinian issue.’…”

‘Israel seeks to take over Al-Aqsa’

June 20, 2018Israel National News reports: “A number of Islamic organizations in Jerusalem claimed that the ‘occupation police’ are trying to gradually impose their hegemony on the administration of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

In a joint statement issued by the Council of Religious Endowments, the Supreme Islamic Council and the Islamic Endowment Fund, it was stated that after the end of Ramadan, the ‘occupation authorities’ are seeking to take over the eastern side of the Al-Aqsa Mosque plaza, including the Sha’ar HaRachamim (Golden Gate) area…

The statement emphasized that only Muslims have a right to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, since this right was granted to them by Allah, and that there would be no concession of even a grain of land from the mosque’s surface…” (In Genesis 22:1-14 God commanded Abraham to bring his son Isaac to the land of Moriah and offer him as a sacrifice there.  As he was about to complete the sacrifice, God stopped him and provided a ram as a substitutionary sacrifice.  In I Chronicles 21:18 – 26, King David purchased this mount so he could build an altar to offer a sacrifice when he confessed his sin.  This was the location where the angel of the Lord was commanded to stop the destruction of Jerusalem [I Chronicles 21:15].  In II Chronicles 3:1, King Solomon built the First Temple on Mount Moriah, this was started in 966 BC.  This Temple stood until 586 BC when it was destroyed by the Babylonians.  The Second Temple was built in 516 BC and enlarged by Herod the Great in 12 BC.  It stood until it was destroyed by the Romans in AD 70.  The Dome of the Rock was built in AD 692, and the Al Aqsa Mosque was not built until AD 705.  It is obvious who has the rightful claim to the Temple Mount.)
