Defense Minister: Gates of hell will open in Gaza

August 22, 2025 — Israel National News reports: “Defense Minister Israel Katz on Friday morning announced that he has approved the IDF’s plans to defeat Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

According to Katz, the plans will include intense firepower, evacuation of residents, and ground maneuvers.

‘Yesterday, we approved the IDF’s plans for the defeat of Hamas in Gaza — through intense fire, evacuation of residents, and ground maneuvers,’ Gallant wrote.

Katz emphasized that if Hamas does not agree to Israel’s conditions for ending the war, primarily the release of all hostages and the terror group’s disarmament, ‘the gates of hell will soon open above the heads of Hamas’ murderers and rapists in Gaza — until they agree to Israel’s terms for ending the war, foremost among them the release of all hostages and disarmament.’…”  (Deliver me from mine enemies, O my God: defend me from them that rise up against me.  Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, and save me from bloody men.  For, lo, they lie in wait for my soul: the mighty are gathered against me; not for my transgression, nor for my sin, O Lord.  They run and prepare themselves without my fault: awake to help me, and behold.  Thou therefore, O Lord God of hosts, the God of Israel, awake to visit all the heathen: be not merciful to any wicked transgressors. Chief of Staff: We will not stop until Hamas is defeated

August 22, 2025 — Israel National News reports: “Today (Thursday), IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir conducted a field tour in the Gaza Strip alongside Southern Command Commander Maj. Gen. Yaniv Asor, Head of Operations Directorate Maj. Gen. Itzik Cohen, 36th Division Commander Brig. Gen. Moran Omer, Commander of the Kfir Brigade, Col. A, and additional commanders.

During the tour, the Chief of Staff and the Southern Command Commander met with soldiers from the Kfir Brigade and Brigade 188. They held a debriefing at the site of the encounter with Hamas operatives in Khan Yunis, where an attack was thwarted yesterday. The Chief of Staff expressed appreciation for the soldiers’ vigilance and swift response, which led to the elimination of most of the terrorists.

The Chief of Staff instructed the commanders to deepen the debriefing of the event, extract lessons, and continue with determined and professional operations.

He stated, ‘We are in a challenging and intense multi-front war. The Gaza front is our primary focus. We are progressing with efforts for operations in Gaza City. Our objectives remain the release of the hostages and the defeat of Hamas – we will not rest or stop until we complete them.’…”

‘Leaving Hamas in Gaza would be like leaving the SS in Germany’

August 21, 2025 — Israel National News reports: “Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu strongly rejected claims that Israel is committing genocide or deliberately starving civilians in Gaza in an interview with Sky News Australia, accusing the Albanese government in Australia and some media outlets of spreading what he called ‘medieval blood libels.’

‘It’s the same lies,’ he said. ‘Israel is starving Palestinian children? What lies. We’ve brought in 2 million tons of food since the start of the war — that’s a ton per person.’…

‘No army has done what Israel has done,’ he said, contrasting Israeli efforts with the tactics of Allied forces in World War II. ‘We try to shepherd people to safe places. Hamas shoots them if they try to leave.’

… ‘Our goal is not to occupy Gaza — it’s to free it,’ he said. ‘Free Gazans from Hamas tyranny. Free Israel from Hamas terror. We can’t leave them there – that would be like leaving the SS in Germany.’…” 

Report: Hamas planning to move hostages to combat zone to stop Israel

August 18, 2025 — Israel National News reports: “The Saudi newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat reports that terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip are considering a plan to transfer hostages to Gaza City, aiming to link their fate to the planned Israeli operation. Sources in Israel warn that the report is likely propaganda intended to provoke opposition to an Israeli Gaza incursion.

The report, published today (Sunday), states that terrorist groups in Gaza are debating moving hostages into Gaza City to tie their fate to Israel’s planned takeover of the Strip’s largest city.

Sources within the organizations told the newspaper that, while the plan is dangerous, it is being discussed at senior levels both inside and outside Gaza. ‘The goal is to increase pressure on Israel and link the fate of the living hostages to Netanyahu’s decisions,’ the report noted…”  (Islamic murderers will be tormented in the flames of Hell fire forever – …the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death – Revelation 21:8; and For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie – Revelation 22:15. Musab Hassan Yousuf to Arutz Sheva: Hamas’ goal is to divide Israel, collapse government

August 22, 2025 — Israel National News reports: “Musab Hassan Yousuf, once known as the ‘Green Prince,’ is the son of Hamas co-founder Sheikh Hassan Yousuf. After years inside the movement, he broke away, worked with the Shin Bet as an informant, and ultimately defected to the West. Today, he speaks openly about the ideology of Hamas, the danger of Palestinian propaganda, and his conviction that Israel’s survival is essential to humanity.

In a wide-ranging conversation at the Jerusalem Center for Foreign Affairs, where he is a visiting fellow, Yousuf spoke with Arutz Sheva – Israel National News about the war in Gaza, the fate of hostages, Hamas’ strategies, and his personal journey away from extremism.

On the possibility of a ceasefire or agreement with Hamas, Yousuf was unequivocal.

‘First of all, there is no deal with the devil, because how can you find common ground with people who want to kill, kidnap, and do savage things? This is Hamas and, in general, the Palestinian mindset—the death cult that justifies suicide bombing, kidnapping toddlers, raping,’ he said…”  (They may threaten Israel, but Psalm 121 states: I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.  My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.  He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.  Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.  The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.  The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.   The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.  The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.  Notice especially verse 4 – Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.  During his confrontation with the prophets of Baal, Elijah mocked the prophets after they were unable to get a response from Baal.  I Kings 18:27 states: And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked.  God does not sleep, and He will preserve Israel.)
