NEWS FROM ISRAEL

‘This is not a ‘terror attack’ – it’s an execution’

October 7, 2018 — Israel National News reports: “Media personality Shai Golden published a post on Facebook following the deadly shooting attack in Barkan Sunday and the particularly brutal manner in which the murders were carried out.

‘When bodies are found handcuffed and shot, this is not a shooting attack, it’s an execution’ Golden wrote shortly after the shocking details were published.

‘It is important to be precise in terms of terminology and not to tell stories about a struggle for Palestinian freedom, occupation, stagnation in diplomatic negotiations and rage against the siege in Gaza.’

‘It’s an act of blind hatred, a cold-blooded murder of civilians, that there is no way in the world to explain it,’ Golden said.

‘We did not get to the Land of Israel from the Diaspora, after all the pogroms, oppression, and the Holocaust, so that Jews would be tied here and shot like dogs … No, that’s not why we ran away from the Diaspora to the Land of Israel.”  (The enemies of Israel do not want peace.  Their goal is “…let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance” – Psalm 83:4.  Benjamin Netanyahu stated: “If the Arabs put down their weapons today, there would be no more ‎violence. If the Jews put ‎down their weapons ‎today, there would be no ‎more Israel.”  He is wrong on one point, there will always be an Israel – “…I will give them [Israel] an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off” – Isaiah 56:5.)

‘What are we supposed to tell the children?’

October 7, 2018 — Israel National News reports: “Iris Hajbi, mother of Ziv Hajbi, who was murdered in the shooting attack in the Barkan industrial zone, called for a death sentence for the terrorist who murdered her son after he was caught.

Ziv, who worked for the Alon company for two years, was supposed to celebrate his 35th birthday this Saturday.

‘My son went out to work. He did not go to war. We started to see Barkan in [the news] this morning, so we started to check the phones. I called him and he did not answer my phone calls. I began to panic. All the phones started ringing. They said that there was a slighty wounded person and two others who were critically wounded, and then we understood ‘Iris told the Israel Television News Company.

The bereaved mother added: ‘I will bury him at the age of 35. What have I done wrong in my life? He’s leaving little children behind, 7-year-old twins, a 4 and a half-year-old boy. What is their mother supposed to tell them? These are children who are connected to their father, small children who are attached to their father.’…”  (“…whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea. And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched – Mark 9:42 – 44.)

‘Hamas is giving out candies’

October 7, 2018 — Israel National News reports: “Education Minister and Chairman of the Jewish Home party Naftali Bennett spoke about the attack this morning in the Barkan Industrial Zone in which Kim Levengrond-Yehezkel and Ziv Hajbi were murdered.

‘Like every day, this morning, Ziv and Kim took their children to kindergarten and school, and went to work in the Barkan Industrial Zone. They did not imagine it would be the last time they would see their children. This morning, a cruel terrorist cut their lives short, and injured another worker. Kai, who is one and a half, will not know Mommy, and Ziv’s three children will never again play with their Dad,’ Bennett said in a statement published by the Education Ministry.

The Minister stressed, ‘While Israel endures terrible sadness, Hamas is handing out candies and Abbas is looking after salaries. We must stop this celebration. The State of Israel is obliged to ensure the security of its citizens. We must restore the deterrence.’…”

Hamas entices preschoolers to play with incendiary balloons

October 3, 2018 — Israel National News reports: “A new attempt by Hamas to entice Israeli children to play with incendiary balloons includes choosing colorful balloons and attaching lights and toys to them, Yediot Ahronot reported.

According to the report, a cluster of balloons recently found in the Eshkol Region was attached to an explosive toy. The balloons, found late at night, were colorful and included colorful flashing lights.

Kibbutz Be’eri’s secretary, Yaniv Hagi, told Yediot Ahronot: ‘Incendiary balloons land in our kibbutz at all hours of day and night. They arrive with flashing and sparkling lights, and some of the balloons have smiley faces on them, so that children will want to touch them.’

‘Two days ago, we had a kite festival in the kibbutz, and suddenly I heard a girl ask her father, ‘How will I be able to tell the difference between one of our kites and a kite which flew in [from Gaza]?’…”  (Hamas is full of savage barbarians that continue to sink lower and lower into depravity.  What human being could entice little children to play with incendiary balloons?   Our Lord showed great compassion towards children: “Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray and the disciples rebuked them.  But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.  And he laid his hands on them, and departed thence” – Matthew 19:13-15.  See the next report.)

Balloon bombs land in Israeli town near Jordanian border

October 15, 2018 — Israel National News reports: “Balloons attached to incendiary devices were found in the Israel town of Yafit in the Jordan Valley along Israel’s eastern border on Monday.

Residents reported the discovery to local police, who sealed off the area and deployed a bomb squad to neutralize the incendiary devices.

No injuries or damage were reported.

In recent months, terrorists operating out of the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip have launched thousands of kites and balloons carrying explosives and incendiary devices, using them to wreak havoc on nearby Israeli farms and towns.

The discovery Monday of the balloons raises suspicions that terrorists in Judea and Samaria may also be launching the balloon bombs…”
