‘First Strength, Then Peace’: Netanyahu Says U.S.-Israel Strikes on Iran ‘Roared Like Thunder,’ Shifted Middle East

July 9, 2025Breitbart.com reports: “‘These are momentous times,’ Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday following a private meeting with House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), hailing joint U.S.-Israeli military action under President Donald Trump’s doctrine of ‘peace through strength’ for reshaping the Middle East and causing what he called ‘a great change in our region’ that could pave the way for peace.

Speaking to reporters in Washington, Netanyahu said the recent 12-day confrontation with Iran marked a dramatic turning point in regional dynamics. He emphasized that strength must precede diplomacy, stating: ‘The president and I believe in a doctrine called peace through strength. First comes strength, then comes the peace.’…”  (Prime Minister Netanyahu is correct.  Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?  The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.  He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.  Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.  Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.  I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.  Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.  Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.  Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling.  Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him – Psalm 2:1-12.)

Netanyahu to Hegseth: Israel-US cooperation ‘like the roar of two lions’

July 10, 2025Israel National News reports: “On Wednesday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth held a notable meeting at the Pentagon, discussing the strength of their nations’ military cooperation and regional security. The conversation highlighted both past successes and future hopes for peace through strength…

The two leaders expressed mutual respect and admiration for the efforts of the US military, particularly US Central Command (CENTCOM), which has played a key role in supporting Israel’s defense. Netanyahu voiced his deep gratitude, saying, ‘Thank you, absolute thanks, gratitude and admiration for CENTCOM, for the US military, for the Secretary of Defense, and the President of the United States. Magnificent. You have the gratitude of the people of Israel and the State of Israel, and I think of many, many others around the world.’…

Netanyahu responded with appreciation, emphasizing the far-reaching impact of the operation: ‘I think the entire world took note. I think Iran took note. I think everybody in the Middle East took note of American resolve and of the strength of our alliance. I think it was a — frankly, it was like the roar of two lions, and it was heard around the world.’…”  (Almighty God has stated: …I will give them [Israel] an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off – Isaiah 56:5.  Everlasting means everlasting.  God promised to Abraham in Genesis 22:17: …in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore…    And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt; To drive out nations from before thee greater and mightier than thou art, to bring thee in, to give thee their land for an inheritance, as it is this day.  Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the Lord he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.  Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, for ever – Deuteronomy 4:37 – 40.)

Netanyahu: If after 60 days Hamas isn’t dismantled-we will resume fighting

July 11, 2025Israel National News reports: “Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a video statement from Washington, DC, in which he discussed the current status of the war against Hamas and Israel’s determination to free the hostages held by the murderous terror organization.

‘We are determined to bring them all back,’ Netanyahu stated, adding: ‘At the moment, we are trying to obtain the release of half the living and deceased hostages, in return for a 60-day temporary ceasefire.’

He continued: ‘At the beginning of the ceasefire, we will begin negotiations for the permanent end to the war. That means a permanent ceasefire. To obtain this, it needs to be done according to the minimum conditions that we set: Hamas puts down its weapons, Gaza is demilitarized, and Hamas no longer has any governing or military capabilities. These are our base conditions.’

If the negotiations do not succeed at reaching their goals, Netanyahu noted, Israel will use military force to obtain its goals: ‘If this isn’t obtained in 60 days of negotiations, we will obtain it through other means; with force, the force of our heroic military.’…”  (Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise;  For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.  They compassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause.  For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer.  And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.  Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his right hand.  When he shall be judged, let him be condemned: and let his prayer become sin.  Let his days be few; and let another take his office.  Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow.  Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg: let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places.  Let the extortioner catch all that he hath; and let the strangers spoil his labour.  Let there be none to extend mercy unto him: neither let there be any to favour his fatherless children.  Let his posterity be cut off; and in the generation following let their name be blotted out.  Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the Lord; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.  Let them be before the Lord continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth.  Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man, that he might even slay the broken in heart.  As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him.  As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones.  Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually.  Let this be the reward of mine adversaries from the Lord, and of them that speak evil against my soul.  But do thou for me, O God the Lord, for thy name’s sake: because thy mercy is good, deliver thou me.  For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me.  I am gone like the shadow when it declineth: I am tossed up and down as the locust.  My knees are weak through fasting; and my flesh faileth of fatness.  I became also a reproach unto them: when they looked upon me they shaked their heads.  Help me, O Lord my God: O save me according to thy mercy:  That they may know that this is thy hand; that thou, Lord, hast done it.  Let them curse, but bless thou: when they arise, let them be ashamed; but let thy servant rejoice.  Let mine adversaries be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle.  I will greatly praise the Lord with my mouth; yea, I will praise him among the multitude.  For he shall stand at the right hand of the poor, to save him from those that condemn his soul.  Psalm 109: 1-31.  See the next report.)

Israel to take ‘kinetic action’ on Hamas if Gaza hostages not freed, Boehler tells CNN

July 21, 2025The Jerusalem Post reports: “If Hamas does not act towards a ceasefire and return the hostages, ‘Israel is going to have to take some kinetic action,’ the Trump administration’s Special Envoy for Hostage Response, Adam Boehler, threatened on CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday.

Kinetic action is a euphemistic phrase used to describe active warfare, including using lethal force.

Israel has ‘a new sense of ability to get something done,’ following the successful airstrike campaign against Iran, Boehler told CNN’s Jake Tapper…”
