Calls to ‘Free Al Aqsa’ Sounded in Egypt

Israel National News reports: “Egyptian jurists and politicians have issued calls to ‘liberate’ the Al Aqsa mosque on the Temple Mount, and to restore Egypt’s leading role in the Arab world.

Participants in a news conference in Cairo on October 25 said that the ‘liberation’ of Jerusalem by Muslims will be accomplished ‘without a doubt’ by the present generation, which brought about the change in Arab regimes, and that the peace treaty with Israel was just an act of deception that led to the ‘loss of the homeland.’

Ambassador Abdullah al-Ashal, a former aide to the foreign minister, took part in the news conference held by the Diplomatic Committee of the Egyptian Bar Association. He said that ‘talk of peace with the Zionists must not be believed,’ and that ‘no ties between Egypt and Israel are taking place under the present government,’ because ‘the Palestinian question is a national one for Egypt.’…” (This headline may soon become prominent in the world’s releases. Zechariah 12:2, 3 predicts that Jerusalem will become a “cup of trembling” and a “burdensome stone” in global affairs. This leads to the greatest war in history when Jerusalem is divided — Joel 3:2. Our president has promised to divide and give to the Palestinians. Pray! – Psalm 122:6. See the next article.)

Israel National News reports: “Sheikh Raed Salah, leader of the northern branch of the Islamic Movement in Israel, has once again urged the Muslim world to unite and work toward the liberation of Jerusalem from ‘the Israeli occupation.’

Salah…in Saudi Arabia for the annual pilgrimage to Mecca, said that the message from ‘Palestine’ to Muslim pilgrims from around the world highlights the importance of unifying the lines so that the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Al-Quds (the Arab name for Jerusalem) can be released from ‘the Israeli occupation’ and returned to the fold of Islam.

Salah also said that it is obligatory for every Muslim to love Palestine, the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Al-Quds, and said that the goal of the pilgrims who come from the Palestinian Authority is to raise awareness of the danger of the so-called ‘Judaization policies’ applied by Israel in Jerusalem.

‘I expect that Muslims will visit Al-Aqsa and Al-Quds after the occupation disappears and we get rid of the last occupation that still exists in the world,’ said Salah, in a speech translated by Arab affairs expert Dalit Halevi.

‘This can only be achieved if all Muslims stand shoulder to shoulder and unite in extracting Al-Aqsa and Al-Quds from the despicable claws of the occupation,’ he added…”
