July 4 in North Korea: State Media Says ‘Yankees’ Cowardly Bluff’ Will Lead to U.S.’s ‘Final Doom’

July 5, 2017 — Breitbart.com reports: “North Korea’s state newspaper, the Rodong Sinmun, published a menacing editorial on July 4 threatening ‘final doom’ for the ‘U.S. imperialists’ should they not cease to sanction and condemn Pyongyang’s rogue regime.

The publication of the piece followed the announcement of yet another missile launch. North Korea now claims to have a functional intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).

Noting that the United States had recently expanded its sanctions on the North Korean regime and continued military exercises in the region following multiple violations of international legal norms and the death of former North Korean hostage Otto Warmbier, Rodong condemned the alleged ‘imperialist’ tendencies of the United States.

‘These madcap military provocations are nothing but an extremely dangerous action to drive the situation in the peninsula to the verge of nuclear war and a blatant challenge to all Koreans and the world people desirous of peace and stability,’ the Rodong Sinmun article read. ‘Such cowardly bluff of the Yankees as making a military mockery of only weak nation [sic] without nuke may work on other countries but never on the DPRK.’

‘If the U.S. imperialists opt for the reckless military provocations, they will meet their final doom to be entailed by their foolish judgment and strategic mistakes,’ the article concluded…”  (The bloody dictator of North Korea doesn’t have to worry about the USA., it’s the Almighty God who deals with these demonically controlled ungodly sinners – “For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts…” – Malachi 4:1.)

North Korea says its ICBM can carry nuclear warhead; U.S. calls for global action

July 5, 2017 — Reuters reports: “North Korea said on Wednesday its newly developed intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) can carry a large nuclear warhead, triggering a call by Washington for global action to hold it accountable for pursuing nuclear weapons.

A spokeswoman for the U.S. Defense Department said it had concluded that North Korea test-launched an ICBM on Tuesday, which some experts now believe had the range to reach the U.S. state of Alaska as well as parts of the mainland United States.

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said the test, on the eve of the U.S. Independence Day holiday, represented ‘a new escalation of the threat’ to the United States and its allies, and vowed to take stronger measures.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said the test completed his country’s strategic weapons capability that includes atomic and hydrogen bombs and ICBMs, the state KCNA news agency said.

Pyongyang would not negotiate with the United States to give up those weapons until Washington abandons its hostile policy against the North, KCNA quoted Kim as saying…” (A huge nuclear war is prophesied multiplied times in God’s Word.  Revelation 9:14 – 18 depicts Armageddon: “Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.  And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.  And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.  And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.”  And Revelation 16:16 tells of the longest and final battle of the ages.  See the next four reports.)

San Diego ‘likely’ in range of North Korea ICBM in 2 years: US monitor

July 13, 2017SpaceDaily.com reports: “North Korea’s intercontinental ballistic missile is ‘likely’ to be able to deliver a 500 kilogram warhead to San Diego within two years, a US monitoring group said Tuesday, after its launch sparked global alarm last week.

The isolated, nuclear-armed state’s first successful ICBM test was described by leader Kim Jong-Un as a gift to ‘American bastards’.

The Hwasong-14 missile is currently estimated to have a range of 7,000-8,000 kilometres — enough to reach Alaska or Hawaii — aerospace engineer John Schilling wrote on the respected 38 North website, a monitoring project linked to Johns Hopkins university.

‘If the Hwasong-14 is put together the way we think it is, it can probably do a bit better than that when all the bugs are worked out,’ he wrote, projecting a range of 9,700 kilometres with a 500 kg warhead on board.

‘The North Koreans won’t be able to achieve this performance tomorrow, but they likely will eventually,’ he added.

At present it would be ‘lucky to hit even a city-sized target’, he said, citing limits to its re-entry technology…”

‘North Korea’s missile is not one we’ve seen before’

July 6, 2017 — Israel National News reports: “The type of missile tested by North Korea on Tuesday was ‘not one we’ve seen before,’ Pentagon officials said.

According to CNN, the missile’s first stage is believed to be a KN-17 fuel device, which is a known weapons and has been used previously by North Korea. This is the stage which US satellites saw being prepared.

However, at some point North Korea added a second stage.

The ICBM was fired from a mobile launcher, and had a re-entry vehicle atop it, Reuters quoted Pentagon Spokesman Navy Captain Jeff Davis as saying.

Davis also said the missile, which flew for 39 minutes, was an ICBM with a range of over 3,500 miles (5631.5 km).

Such a range would allow the missile to threaten Hawaii or Alaska.

However, he said there is still no evidence that North Korea has found a way to mount a nuclear warhead to its missile, or that the missile was in fact capable of achieving full re-entry. Despite this, it could ‘absolutely’ pose a threat to both air and sea traffic as well as satellites…”

North Korea appeared to use China truck in its first claimed ICBM test

July 4, 2017 — Reuters reports: “North Korea appeared to use a Chinese truck originally sold for hauling timber to transport and erect a ballistic missile that was successfully launched on Tuesday, highlighting the challenge of enforcing sanctions to curb its weapons program.

North Korea state television showed a large truck painted in military camouflage carrying the missile. It was identical to one a U.N. sanctions panel has said was ‘most likely’ converted from a Chinese timber truck.

Since 2006, U.N. sanctions have banned the shipment of military hardware to North Korea. But control of equipment and vehicles that have ‘dual-use’ military and civilian applications has been far less stringent.

The vehicle was imported from China and declared for civilian use by the North Korean foreign ministry, according to a 2013 report by the U.N. panel. Tuesday’s launch was the first time the truck had been seen in a military field operation in pictures published in state media.

China, North Korea’s largest trading partner and its sole major ally, is under increasing pressure from U.S. President Donald Trump, who has said Chinese efforts to rein in North Korea’s weapons programs have failed…”

North Korea missile test: Russia and China urge freeze in launches

July 4, 2017 — BBC News reports: “Russia and China have urged North Korea to ‘freeze’ its missile and nuclear programmes after it claimed to have successfully tested its first intercontinental ballistic missile.

Both countries also called for a simultaneous suspension of US-South Korea large-scale military exercises.

North Korea said its missile could hit targets anywhere in the world.

But while Pyongyang appears to have made progress, experts believe the device cannot accurately hit a target.

Despite the North Korean claim, both the US and Russia said the missile presented no threat to either country.

Calling the launch ‘unacceptable’, Russia and China also urged the US to not deploy the Thaad missile system, aimed at intercepting attacks from North Korea…”
