Muslims announce plans to ‘eradicate’ Christianity

WND.com reports: “Members of the Muslim jihadist group Boko Haram are vowing to ‘eradicate Christianity’ in Nigeria.

Reports coming out of Nigeria over the past several days show that the group whose name means ‘Western education is evil’ is launching a new terror campaign aimed at killing Christians and Jews in northern Nigeria.

The Nigerian news site Bikya Masr reports that the jihadi group has declared war on all Christians living in northern Nigeria.

Human-rights group International Christian Concern’s Jonathan Racho confirms the reports and says the news is ‘alarming.’

‘The reports indicate that members of Boko Haram recently declared a war on Christians in northern Nigeria. The group vowed to eradicate Christians from certain areas in Nigeria,’ Racho said…” (The hour has arrived for the fulfillment of the above headline – Matthew 24:9; John 16:2; John 15:18 – 20; Revelation 6:9; Revelation 20:4.)

Militants target churches in Nigeria

ChristianToday.com reports: “Suspected Islamic extremists detonated a bomb outside a church building in Nigeria, two months after Boko Haram Islamists killed 44 Christians and blinded seven in a church bombing in nearby Madalla.

Compass Direct News says the blast in Suleja, in front of Christ Embassy church during morning worship, injured five people, one seriously, according to sources.

Compass reports the bomb, planted in a parked car, was left by suspected members of Boko Haram, which seeks to impose sharia (Islamic law) throughout Nigeria, and authorities arrested some members of the sect the same day…” (The Islamic terrorist organizations behind the slaughter of thousands of Christians and the destruction of 600 of their churches centers around al-Qaeda; Boko Haram; Hamas; Hezbollah; The Muslim Brotherhood; and the Taliban. Its murder and such religious murderers will burn in Hell – Revelation 21:8; 22:15. Sorry boys, the 72 virgins for all eternity is a hoax. See the next three reports.)

Bull’s-eye placed on Mideast Christians

WND.com reports: “As Islamic supremacists – mainly the Sunni Muslim Brotherhood – spread their influence in Egypt and now Syria, one of the groups that is falling victim to their rise is the Christian community, reports Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin.

In Egypt, there are wholesale efforts at “religious cleansing” of Coptic Christian families in villages.

Before his ouster, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak was backed by Christians who were concerned with the increased killings of Copts in the waning days of the regime and the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood…”

Persecution of Christians soars in Iran

WND.com reports: “Reports coming out of Iran say persecution of Christians is only growing more bold and brazen, as Iranian authorities once again raided a house church – this time in Shiraz – and arrested between 6 to 10 members of the congregation.

The detainees are being held in an undisclosed location.

Jihad Watch publisher Robert Spencer says that the Iranians don’t know that they’re doing the very thing that will produce more Christians.

‘They don’t know that Christianity grows amid persecution,’ Spencer said. ‘Islam has expanded through violence and intimidation, so it isn’t at all surprising that they’d resort to it again.’…”

Egyptian Christians to be forced to leave?

WND.com reports: “Analysts have begun warning that the recent increase in violent protests in Egypt is putting the nation’s millennia-old minority Christian community in great danger, and members may be forced to leave their homeland.

‘Tolerance is not a characteristic Islamists embrace,’ said Michael Rubin, Middle East analyst for the American Enterprise Institute.

‘Just as Arab nationalists drove Jews out of Arab countries in the 20th century, Islamists will drive Christians out in the 21st. I’m afraid a millennium-old community in Egypt will soon disappear.’…”
