Putin vows to perfect mystery rocket after engine blast

November 22, 2019 — BBC News reports: “Russian President Vladimir Putin has promised to press on with the development of a nuclear-powered rocket believed to have been at the centre of a deadly accident.

Five engineers and two others died when a rocket engine exploded at a test range on the White Sea on 8 August.

Defence experts think it was part of a nuclear-powered cruise missile.

‘We will certainly be perfecting this weapon regardless of anything,’ Mr. Putin told widows of the victims.

The possession of ‘such unique technologies’, he added, was ‘in itself… a most significant and reliable guarantee for peace on the planet’.

The Russian leader was speaking on Thursday at a ceremony at the Kremlin to present posthumous awards to the dead men’s families.

He did not specify what weapon had been involved, saying only that the ‘technical ideas and solutions’ involved in the project were ‘without an equivalent in the world’…” (Russia in Bible prophecy is the main instigator of death and suffering during Armageddon – Revelation 16:16.  Ezekiel chapters 38 & 39, which I have proclaimed for sixty years, aided by Oriental and Islamic nations, bring total chaos and atomic devastation upon the world.  Worse yes, it’s just ahead of us.  Every nation I included in World War III is forming exactly as taught this global blood bath six decades ago.  The only good news is that the Rapture precedes Armageddon – “Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth” – Revelation 3:10.  Then our deliverance as believers – Revelation 4:1 and our joy because of missing Armageddon.  See the next report.)

Macron says EU must be part of any future US-Russia nuclear missile treaty

November 30, 2019 — SpaceDaily.com reports: “French President Emmanuel Macron said Thursday that European nations should be involved in any talks to forge a new pact limiting mid-range nuclear missiles held by the US and Russia, after a landmark Cold War-era accord fell apart this year.

‘We cannot just content ourselves with bilateral treaties,’ Macron said after talks with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Paris.

Washington and Moscow walked away from the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) treaty in August after each accused the other of violating the terms of the deal.

Russia has called on the US and other NATO member to implement a moratorium on deploying medium-range missiles, something Stoltenberg has so far ruled out.

But Macron has made no secret of his wish to engage with Russian President Vladimir Putin on a range of disputes, saying he would raise the issue at a NATO meeting in London next week…”

Turkey didn’t buy Russian defence system ‘to keep in box’

November 29, 2019 — SpaceDaily.com reports: “Turkey on Wednesday rejected criticism from the United States over its testing of a newly-acquired Russian missile defence system.

‘You don’t buy a product to keep it in a box,’ Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told a press conference.

Turkey’s acquisition of the S-400 missile defence system from Russia this summer was met with consternation by its NATO allies and threats of sanctions from Washington.

US officials had lately suggested Turkey could be spared sanctions — automatic for countries that buy Russian weapons — if it did not activate the system.

But Turkey tested the S-400 on Monday and Tuesday at a military base in Ankara province, using military jets including American-made F-16 fighters…” (Russia is warming up for Armageddon. Soon a peace program will be contracted for the Middle East nations – Daniel 11: 21, 24. It will be a peace contract for seven years but broken after 42 months – Daniel 9:27. Russia is the nation that then says: “…I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates, To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations…” – Ezekiel 38:11, 12. Turkey tests Russian missile defences despite US threats

November 26, 2019 — SpaceDaily.com reports: “Turkey began testing on Monday its Russian missile defence system, local media reported, despite repeated calls from the United States that it could lead to sanctions.

Planes, including F-16 fighter jets, circled the Murted military base in Ankara province to test the newly acquired S-400 system and train Turkish operators, news agency DHA reported.

Turkey’s acquisition of the S-400 in July was met with consternation by its NATO allies.

The US argues there is a risk that sensitive technological information could be leaked if it is used alongside Western equipment such as the new F-35 jet.

Turkey has ordered 100 F-35s and its defence industry was part of the supply chain for the new jet, until it was kicked off the programme due to the S-400 purchase…”

Pompeo: Turkey test of Russian defense system ‘concerning’

November 27, 2019 — SpaceWar.com reports: “US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Tuesday voiced alarm over Turkey’s testing of its Russian missile defense system but said the NATO ally could still return to Washington’s good graces.

‘It’s concerning,’ Pompeo told reporters when asked about reports that Turkey used US-developed F-16 fighter jets to test the S-400 system controversially purchased from Moscow.

But he added: ‘We are hopeful. We’re still talking to the Turks. We’re still trying to figure our way through this thing.’

‘We have made very clear to the Turkish government our desire to see them move away from the putting into full operationalization of the S-400 weapons system,’ he said.

Turkey defied US warnings to buy the weapons system from Russia, which culminated in Ankara’s expulsion from the F-35 fighter-jet program.

US officials fear that Turkey’s purchase will let Russia fine-tune the S-400’s ability to counter Western jets and missiles…”
