‘Friends Forever, Never Enemies’, Chinese Foreign Minister Declares Eternal Fealty to Russia

April 2, 2025Breitbart.com reports: “Communist dictatorships China and Russia are “friends forever, never enemies,” Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi declared Tuesday during a visit to Moscow.

“The principle of ‘friends forever, never enemies’ … serves as a solid legal basis for advancing strategic cooperation at a higher level,” Wang told Russia’s RIA state news agency in an interview as reported by Reuters.

Wang, who also holds a high rank in the Chinese Communist Party’s Central Committee, recently chaired a U.N. Security Council (UNSC) conference on “multilateralism.”

He is on a three-day visit to the Russian capital where he is expected to meet his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, as well as Vladimir Putin.

Days before Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, China and Russia declared a “no limits” strategic partnership, though Beijing has insisted it remains neutral in the conflict…”  (China will become a basic partner with Russia for the rapidly approaching battle of Armageddon – Revelation 16:16. Russia will lead invasion number one – Ezekiel 38 & 39. China will lead invasion number two – Revelation 16:12; Revelation 9:14 – 16. Then all nations will come against Jerusalem for the final invasion at which point Jesus will return to stop the bloodshed and set up his eternal kingdom upon earth – [He gathers] all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken… Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south – Zechariah 14:2 – 4. Then Psalm 2:6 occurs as God the Father says: …I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion [Jerusalem].)

During Japan trip, NATO chief warns of Chinese military expansion

April 9, 2025SpaceWar.com reports: “NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte warned of China’s military expansion while aiming to improve economic ties with Japan during a two-day visit on Tuesday and Wednesday.

China’s emphasis on military development, support of Russia and ties to Iran and North Korea make China a serious concern, Rutte said while meeting with Japanese Defense Minister Gen Nakatani on Tuesday at the Yokosuka Naval Base.

‘China is building up its armed forces, including its navy, at a rapid pace,’ Rutte told media in Yokosuka. ‘We cannot be naïve, and we really have to work together [and] assess what is happening.’

Japanese officials view China as a threat to regional peace and recently increased Japan’s military growth, including the future deployment of long-range cruise missiles capable of defensive strikes against aggressor nations.

During his meeting with Nakatani earlier Tuesday, Rutte said NATO and Japan share common concerns as China, North Korea and Russia increase their mutual military cooperation while undermining global stability…”  (A March 19, 2021 article in The New York TimesTense Talks With China Left U.S. ‘Cleareyed’ About Beijing’s Intentions, Officials Say https://www.nytimes.com/2021/03/19/world/asia/china-us-alaska.html states: “Just as Washington’s views on China have shifted after years of encouraging the country’s economic integration, so have Beijing’s perceptions of the United States and the privileged place in the world that it has long held. The Americans, in their view, no longer have an overwhelming reservoir of global influence, nor the power to wield it against China.

That has made China more confident in pursuing its aims openly and unabashedly — from human rights issues in Hong Kong and Xinjiang to territorial disputes with India and Japan and others in the South China Sea to, most contentiously of all, the fate of Taiwan, the self-governing democracy that China claims as its own.

While China still faces enormous challenges at home and around the world, its leaders now act as if history is on their side.”  See the next three reports.)

China floats battle barges in Taiwan invasion plans

April 4, 2025SpaceWar.com reports: “Vast new Chinese barges spotted off the country’s south coast could be used to land heavy equipment and thousands of personnel in a possible invasion of Taiwan, defence experts say.

Beijing this week launched what it called ‘punishing’ drills around Taiwan, sending jets and warships in a rehearsal for a blockade and assault on the self-ruled island.

And a memo from US Naval War College has revealed another potential weapon in Beijing’s arsenal — barges that can connect via extendable ramps to form an 820-metre-long (half-mile-long) pier from deep waters to land.

With retractable legs that can push into the sea floor, the Naval War College said they could create a platform for personnel and ‘hundreds of vehicles’ an hour to land on Taiwan, which China claims as its own territory.

‘These barges are clearly meant to facilitate amphibious invasion against Taiwan,’ Wen-Ti Sung, a nonresident fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Global China Hub, told AFP…”

China practises hitting key ports, energy sites in Taiwan drills

April 3, 2025SpaceWar.com reports: “China’s military said it practised hitting key ports and energy sites during ‘live-fire’ drills Wednesday as part of exercises aimed at Taiwan, the democratic island it claims as its own.

The surprise manoeuvres were criticised by Washington as ‘intimidation tactics’ and come after Taiwan President Lai Ching-te called China a ‘foreign hostile force’.

Named ‘Strait Thunder-2025A’, the drills were in the middle and southern parts of the Taiwan Strait as well as the East China Sea, the military said.

The strait is a vital artery for global shipping.

The military said it held ‘long-range live-fire drills’ and practised hitting ‘simulated targets of key ports and energy facilities’ during the exercises.

Wednesday’s exercises aim to ‘test the troops’ capabilities’ in areas such as ‘blockade and control, and precision strikes on key targets’, said Senior Colonel Shi Yi, spokesman of the Chinese military’s Eastern Theater Command.

China’s Shandong aircraft carrier was also carrying out drills testing the ability to ‘blockade’ Taiwan, the Eastern Theater Command said.

Taipei has condemned the Chinese exercises…”

China launches military drills around Taiwan, calls its president a ‘parasite’

April 1, 2025Reuters reports: “China staged military drills off Taiwan’s north, south and east coasts on Tuesday as a ‘stern warning’ against separatism and called Taiwanese President Lai Ching-te a ‘parasite,’ as Taiwan sent warships to respond to China’s navy approaching its shores.

The exercises, which China has not formally named unlike war games last year, are happening after a rise in Chinese rhetoric against Lai and follow on the heels of U.S. Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth’s Asia visit, during which he repeatedly criticised Beijing.

China’s military deployed ships, aircraft and artillery to practise blockading the island, strikes on ground and maritime targets, and air interception to ‘test forces’ coordination in combat,’ Beijing’s Eastern Theatre Command said in a statement…
