‘Not anti-Semitic’: Khamenei defines Iran’s goal of ‘wiping out Israel’

November 19, 2019 — The Times of Israel reports: “When Iran speaks of wiping Israel off the map, it doesn’t mean the mass slaughter of the country’s Jews but rather eliminating the Jewish state’s ‘imposed regime,’ Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said Friday.

‘The disappearance of Israel does not mean the disappearance of the Jewish people, because we have nothing against [Jews],’ Khamenei said, speaking alongside senior Iranian officials at the so-called 33rd International Islamic Unity Conference.

‘Wiping out Israel means that the Palestinian people, including Muslims, Christians and Jews, should be able to determine their fate and get rid of thugs such as [Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu,’ Khamenei continued, according to Iranian media.

Khamenei further argued that ‘had the Islamic world been committed to unity, there would have been no tragedy in Palestine.’ He lamented that Muslims couldn’t even adhere to what he called the lowest level of unity — non-aggression between Muslims.

‘We are not anti-Semitic. Jews are living in utmost safety in our country. We only support the people of Palestine and their independence,’ he said…”  (“Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?  The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.  He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel. Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.  Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.”  Psalm 2:1-12.)

IRGC commander threatens to ‘destroy’ Israel

November 26, 2019 — Israel National News reports: “General Hossein Salami, the head of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, on Monday threatened that Iran would ‘destroy’ the US, Israel and Saudi Arabia if they cross its ‘red lines’.

Speaking at a pro-government demonstration in Tehran, Salami accused the US, Britain, Israel and Saudi Arabia of stoking last week’s protests over a fuel price hike.

‘If you cross our red line, we will destroy you… We will not leave any move unanswered,’ he added.

The unrest erupted on November 15, hours after it was announced that the price of gas would rise to 15,000 rials per liter (12 US cents) from 10,000 for the first 60 liters, and to 30,000 rials for any extra fuel bought after that each month.

Iran has blamed ‘thugs’ linked to exiles and foreign foes – the United States, Israel and Saudi Arabia – for stirring up unrest following hikes in gasoline prices…” (This will never happen.  Almighty God has stated: “…I will give them [Israel] an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off” – Isaiah 56:5.  Everlasting means everlasting.  God promised to Abraham in Genesis 22:17: “…in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the starts of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore…”    “And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt; To drive out nations from before thee greater and mightier than thou art, to bring thee in, to give thee their land for an inheritance, as it is this day.  Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the Lord he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.  Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, for ever” – Deuteronomy 4:37 – 40.)

U.S. general warns Iran likely still plotting major Mideast attack

November 25, 2019 — The Times of Israel reports: “Iran is unlikely to have been undeterred by increased US troop deployment in the Middle East and remains on track to carry out a large-scale attack in the region, the head of the US military’s Central Command said in an interview published Saturday.

‘My judgment is that it is very possible they will attack again,’ Gen. Kenneth F. McKenzie told the New York Times.

Over the past summer Iran shot down an American drone with no retaliation from Washington. It has subsequently been blamed for — and denied — attacking international oil tankers and destroying large portions of a major Saudi petroleum facility.

The lack of serious consequences has led Israeli officials to warn an emboldened Tehran could seek a major attack on the Jewish state soon…” (“Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God. For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee: The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes; Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre; Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah. Do unto them as unto the Midianites; as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the brook of Kison: Which perished at Endor: they became as dung for the earth. Make their nobles like Oreb, and like Zeeb: yea, all their princes as Zebah, and as Zalmunna: Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession. O my God, make them like a wheel; as the stubble before the wind. As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire;  So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm.  Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O Lord. Let them be confounded and troubled for ever; yea, let them be put to shame, and perish: That men may know that thou, whose name alone is Jehovah, art the most high over all the earth” Psalm 83:1-18.)

FM urges international community to issue ‘military threat’ against Iran

November 21, 2019 — The Times of Israel reports: “Foreign Minister Israel Katz on Thursday called on the international community to back up its warnings against Iran’s nuclear program with an ‘effective military threat,’ further upping Jerusalem’s increasingly belligerent rhetoric against Tehran.

The Islamic Republic is the ‘main threat to the region,’ he said, listing the regime’s efforts to obtain nuclear weapons capability, its ballistic missiles program and its support for terror organizations such as Hezbollah, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

‘The US sanctions against Iran are important and effective and the maximum pressure campaign must be continued,’ he said, speaking at the Jerusalem Post’s Diplomatic Conference in the capital. He noted that the current civil unrest in Iran, Iraq and Lebanon shows that the economic pressure is working.

‘The publics in the Arab states and in Iran itself are rising up against Iran’s brutal oppression,’ the foreign minister said…” (Though Satan has always stood against Israel — I Chronicles 21:1 – Yahweh God will “…send a fire against Magog [Russia] and her Arabic allies –Daniel 11:40; Isaiah 17:1; Ezekiel 38:5-7 and Psalms 83:5-7. In the heat of the battle to destroy Israel – Psalms 83:4 – the enemies of God will be crushed as Jesus, the Son of God sets up His kingdom. Isaiah 59:20 states: “…the Redeemer shall come to Zion [Jerusalem], sent by His Father – Psalms 2:6 – to reign over the world from Jerusalem forever – Luke 1:32 – 33.  See the next three reports.)

“Honduras stands with Israel because it’s the right thing to do”

December 9, 2019Israel National News reports: “Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández touted his country’s close ties with Israel Sunday, speaking at the Israeli American Council National Summit in Florida.

Hernández, who last year ordered the relocation of the Honduran embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, recalled his first trip to Israel in 1991, when he was invited to the Jewish state by the Israeli Foreign Ministry, as part of its MASHAV leadership program.

‘I feel honored to be part of this, because it is a family that I joined when I was 22 years old in Israel,’ Hernández said, referencing the 1991 MASHAV trip.

‘The common cause [with Israel] was felt by everyone when Israel when Israel was under attack,’ Hernández continued, recalling Iraqi Scud missile attacks on Israel during the Gulf War at the time of his visit.

That sense of common cause, the Honduran president added, has only strengthened as the attacks on Israel have intensified.

‘Israel has been hit over the last two years by 2,600 rockets and mortars. Let me repeat what President Trump said last night. Israel has an absolute right to self-defense.’

‘Honduras stood with Israel, because it is the right thing to do,’ said Hernández, referring to last year’s decision to move his country’s embassy to Jerusalem…”

PM: We will act against Iran even without European support

December 9, 2019Israel National News reports: “Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu began the weekly Cabinet meeting Sunday by addressing the Iranian threat.

‘This past week, I had important conversations with US and Russian leaders. At the center of all these talks was one issue – Iran,’ Netanyahu said.

‘Iran continues its aggression in the Middle East. Yesterday there was a bloody attack in Iraq against protesters. There are indications that this murderous attack was carried out by Iranian Revolutionary Guard envoys,’ the prime minister added.

‘At this time, in the face of these murders, the pressure on Iran must be intensified and this is what I call on European countries to do. With or without the European countries Israel will not allow Iran any opportunities to develop nuclear weapons…”

IRGC commander: Our missiles are aimed at 21 US bases

December 2, 2019 — Israel National News reports: “General Allahnoor Noorollahi, a top advisor to the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) Officers College, said in a speech in Bushehr this past Friday that 21 of the American bases in the region constitute targets for Iran’s missiles.

Claiming that NATO said Iran can launch 20,000 missiles per day, General Noorollahi suggested that Iran has even greater capabilities, and he said that Iran has prepared itself for ‘the greatest war against the greatest enemy.’

He stressed that Iran’s enemy is the United States and cited a speech by Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in which Khamenei threatened to raze Haifa and Tel Aviv to the ground if Israel made any ‘mistake.’

The speech, which aired on Bushehr TV, was delivered at an event commemorating 40 years since the establishment of the Basij and was translated by the Middle East Media and Research Institute (MEMRI)…”

‘We’ll hit the Zionist enemy until they beg for mercy’

November 12, 2019 — Israel National News reports: “The Islamic Jihad terror group threatened to expand the range of rockets fired at Israel to include Jerusalem, Israel Hayom reported.

The threat would be implemented Tuesday afternoon, after the conclusion of terrorist Baha Abu Al Ata’s funeral. It would increase the number of rockets fired towards Tel Aviv, and include Jerusalem in the list of targets.

Abu Al Ata was eliminated by IDF and Shabak (Israel Security Agency) forces at 4:00a.m. Tuesday morning. He was a key terrorist and a ‘ticking time bomb’ who planned and executed terror attacks, as well as trained terrorists.

A senior Islamic Jihad source told Israel Hayom that ‘messages were sent from Cairo to the organization’s Director-General Ziad Nakhla regarding an immediate ceasefire on the basis of ‘quiet for quiet.’ These messages were rejected. We do not take orders from Cairo.’

‘We are ready for a long and painful battle. We will hit the Zionist enemy until they beg for a ceasefire. The gates to hell have been opened.’

According to the source, all senior Islamic Jihad officials in Gaza, Syria, and other countries have received orders to enter their underground hiding places due to concerns of targeted eliminations…” (They may threaten Israel, but Psalm 121 states: “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.  My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.  He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.  Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.  The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.  The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.   The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.  The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.”  Notice especially verse 4 – “Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.”  During his confrontation with the prophets of Baal, Elijah mocked the prophets after they were unable to get a response from Baal.  I Kings 18:27 states: “And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked.”  God does not sleep, and He will preserve Israel.  See the next two reports.)

Jordanian TV host: Gouge out the eyes of the Zionists

November 14, 2019 — Israel National News reports: “Jordanian TV host Rana Hmouz said in a show which aired Tuesday on Jordan Today TV that the recent transfer of the enclaves of Tzofar and Naharayim from Israeli to Jordanian control fills Jordanians’ hearts with joy.

Hmouz, who used the Arabic names for the two enclaves, Baqoura and Ghumar, said that the Jordanian people want similar decisions that will allow them to trample the Israel-Jordan peace agreement, the gas and water agreements, and all of Israel underfoot.

‘We want to gouge out the eyes of the Zionists and their [Arab] supporters [and to] annul the peace agreement in support of the blood of our martyrs and the Arab identity of Palestine,’ she said.

The comments were translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI)…”

Netanyahu: Half of the Palestinians want to wipe us out

November 11, 2019 — Israel National News reports: “Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu took part Monday morning in a Knesset meeting, organized by MK Meirav Michaeli (Labor) marking the 25th anniversary of Israel’s peace treaty with the Kingdom of Jordan.

During the gathering, Netanyahu argued that there is a direct link between a resolution to the Israel-Palestinian conflict, and the larger conflict between Israel and the Arab world.

‘There are two paths to advance peace,’ said Netanyahu. ‘If we solve the debate with the Palestinians, we can break through to the Arab world.’

Peace could be achieved in the opposite order, however, Netanyahu added.

‘If we are able to achieve normalization with the Arab world, then the conflict with the Palestinians will be solved. I think that we need to do both.’

Netanyahu also discussed Israel’s relations with Jordan, following a string of critical comments by Jordanian leaders, including King Abdullah, and the termination of Israel’s lease over border enclaves…”
